Top 16 went something like this...

1) Suzuki GSX-R1000 10.82sec

2) Ariel Atom Supercharged 10.88sec

3) Caterham CSR 260 11.41sec

4) Westfield 2000S 12.27 sec

5) Ford GT 13.17sec

6) Noble MT400 13.51sec (60 in 3.72sec, 100 in 8.80sec, braking 4.32sec)

7) TVR Sagaris 13.71sec (60 in 4.14sec, 100 in 9.16sec, braking 4.29sec)

8) BMW M5 14.16sec (60 in 4.69sec, 100 in 9.71sec, braking 4.21)

9) TVR Cerbera (Phil James' 500bhp Cerbera) 14.54sec (60 in 4.37sec, 100 in 9.03sec, braking 5.19sec)

10) Dodge Viper SRT-10 14.62sec

11) Aston Martin DB9 Manual 14.92sec

12) Mitsubishi Evo IX 15.15sec

13) Chevrolet Corvette Convertible 15.32sec

14) Porsche 911 Carrera S 15.39sec

15) Aston Martin Vanquish S 15.45sec

16) Invicta S1 16.10sec

Interesting that the times for the Sagaris posted here were a lot slower that the test autocar carried out a few weeks back, 0-100 in 8.5sec IIRC and would have expected the Cerb to have been quicker? However Autocar praised the 'impressive' Sagaris for getting within 0.2sec of the Noble given that the Noble had 'sticky tyres'.

Other surprises were AM DB9 making a mockery of it's more expensive stablemate the Vanquish S (£70,000) and the M5... By god! Knew it was was quick but

The times were peculiarly slow for nearly all the cars this year especially compared to previous events , still the Sagaris put in a decent performance.

Anyone know what colour the Sagaris was?......it's gorgeous!

Was the Sagaris a customers car or a car from the factory?

Read this last night and was surprised just how long it took for the Cerb to come to rest. I'd have also like to have seen a standard Cerb do the test over the slightly tweaked "Boss Cerbera", just to compare how much better the Sagaris really is over my Cerb and is it worth trading.

Must of been a slippy day as I have done a 4.4s 0-60 in my standard Cerb! it was on my 3rd attempt!

hey getting from 100 to 0 in 5 seconds isn't exactly shoddy, and only just over half a second slower than the sagaris.

It's the factory press car. It's Laser blue pearl and the figures vary from test to test because of the variables involved, road conditions, temp, wind speed, moon phase, colour of drivers underwear etc etc! It's still mighty impressive and the braking figures especially are an indication of what you can achieve with a light car and no anti-lock. Best regards, Tony

I've done quicker 0-100's in my standard 4.5. The trouble with the Boss is getting traction from rest. The 60-100 time of 4.66 is the same as the Ford GT (3rd quickest car time) and includes a cross-gate shift. I also hit 107 before braking and cadence braked to avoid flat-spotting the tyres.

The 5 litre motor has made the car undergeared. A tall diff and CR box would calm launch and give over 60 in 1st, over 100 in 2nd.

I'll be back...

Rather disappointed by the 'made up' Spec Sheet. Engine is 5.0 litre .... power is 505 at 7,000 ... torque is 440 at 5,000.

A standard 4.5 LWT was over £50K when last listed.

Surely that should be quicker than not cadence breaking?

Actually, I guess it's quicker than locking up but slower than balancing the pedal on the point of locking.

46.59sec
0-60 in 12.41sec
0-100 in 39.38 sec
Braking from 100-0 in 6.19sec (quite good actually!)

Also had a £100 Saab 900i 16 valve - couldn't even reach 100mph because of it's 3-speed auto 'box

That Ultima GTR has now beaten its own record with a 0-100-0 time of 9.8 seconds.

Non can match the Dax Rush Quadra with 4x4 and chipped Cossie. I think it recorded something like 9 dead although I may be wrong. Definitely quicker than the Ultima.
