WALDONWAY....Still TVR dealers for Kent?

Only reading autocar, there a big advert for TVR and lists classic dream machines as dealers for sussex and kent?

I don't think they're main dealers any more.

Last time I went there wasn't a single new car in the showroom and only a couple of second hand TVRs amongst the Subarus on the forecourt.

They are also no longer listed on the TVR web site.

Last I heard they were about to loose the dealership (but were arguing it), although the servicing department was going to stay as an authorised TVR service centre.....

I remember the good old days, when they had 2 race Tuscans in the window, a forecourt FULL of used cars & "NUTS" (N1JTS) on the Rosso Cerbera (the car that changed my life!) parked out front (and a young Nick Mason as the salesman - anyone know what he's up to know or how he's doing ?)

Selling warranties last I heard.

Nick sold me my Cerbera as well.

Want to know something even more scarey ? The bloke who owned your car before you (the 1st owner), also owned my Cerbera !!!! Spec'd yours while he owned mine & then swapped !

I do know they very recently sold a new TuscanMK2, which surprised me. Nick sold me my 1st Tusc. Great salesman, he actually managed to get me to test drive it in flip-flops which terrified me. He also brought a Tamorra around my house to test the steering, which I preffered and then got the factory to install it into the Tusc.
Last I saw of him was at the Motor Show where he was giving Racing Green a hand. Yep got my MK2 because of him too.

Last I heard, they had been reinstated as dealers.
Only gossip though.

3 months i have been waiting for parts,still not come,next week blah blah blah

I thought a dealer had to keep xxxxxx amount of parts.

Ironically, I've always found them quite good for bits.
Anything they don't have I can usually get next day mail order from the TVR Centre in Barnet. They claim to have the largest stock of bits outside the factory.

Now there was a man who loved his job, he was a top banana, sold me my first & second cars.
