Until now I have been using Silverstone TVR for work on my Tamora. Sadly that now appears to be a non-starter. Anyway I am now living in the Bromley area and am seeking advice/recommendations for servicing and other bits and pieces, including some slight bodywork repairsm in the south-east. My Tamora is due for service and was in fact booked in at Silverstone but I am unable to contact them by 'phone. Has anyone any suggestions re local dealerships?

Gatwick TVR ,just south of Redhill, if you want a main dealer.

Austec in Crawley get lots of praise if you're considering an indy (never used them meself).

A lot of us local guys use Dream Machines in Heathfield
which is 15 mls South of Tun Wells. If you are in Bromley and want to get together with us locals,we have a meet this Sunday at The Rose & Crown Dunton Green midday onwards. Contact either myself or our RO ncs on here through our profiles.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Andy of APM (07740 723673). He is an ex-TVR dealer mechanic and has set up on his own. He is based down in Liphook (beyond Guildford on A3) but what you pay for inconvenience you can make up for in £££'s saved. (I live in Croydon so I know the drill well by now) He has been mentioned on many discussion boards on Pistonheads.

Gatwick TVR and Racing Green.

The experience I had with the TVR in Barnet was quite awful, in that they chipped my Griff's veneered dashboard. I know these dashboards are prone to this sort of accident but, hey, these guys are supposed to be TVR specialists, aren't they.
