Ted

is it just my machine or does evryone have a problem editing their message before they post it. I find that if I backspace a mistake immediately I can continue with the typing BUT if I go back into a paragraph and backspace then the damn thing jsut jumps me back to the thread i am responding too and i have to start all over

How can i stop this - it is preventing me from responding/typing long notes/spelling properly - just reread this and it could be a deliberate ploy??

It's a feature of your browser. If the cursor isn't in a text field then it treats backspace as the 'back' key in your browser.

If you click on 'Forward' it brings you back to the message box and all your writing is still there
