Griffith spare wheel

Morning all

I'm thinking of doing a French driving holiday this year and would feel happier with a physical spare wheel/tyre as well as some gunk.
Has anyone got one for sale or does anyone know what would fit from a different car?
Ford Ka 15" perhaps?

I'm 99% certain that any used ford 4×108 space saver from eBay will work, it's what I have with my Chimaera.
