has anyone used ricky gauld for servicing there tvr i have used him a lot a years ago for my ford any info

Aye aye min,

Not used him for TVR but everybody I know that uses him is more than happy with his service. A lot of the hillclimb folk use him. He's good with rally Evos and Subarus as well as more traditional stuff so should be ok with the TVR.

If you want a TVR specialist, Dreadnought in Callander are the ones to go for. Excellent service. Wee bit away but you know you'll get good service.

The other place I'd recommend is Gordon Smith at Daviot.

see i dont know whether to go there or dreatnoght or hexham what should you think i should pay the thing with hexham is main dealer is it worth that bit extra i know of ricky gauld dont know anyone has had any complaints i put my car in once long time ago when he was in aberdeen and he was fair no hastle but main dealers know all the thing to look for??? dread want £922

Gazza, Hexham without a doubt - that is a serious piece of kit you have: authorised main dealer and service centre is the only way to go.
It will pay dividends in the long run - give Tony Abrams a call and discuss as per HHC number above.

If it was me, I wouldn't have any hesitation in going to Dreadnought. They are factory approved and offer an excellent service.
