Sagaris Steering Wheel

Will the wheel from the Sagaris fit a Griffith and do they have the same standard boss?

Bob, you'll never believe this! This morning, I logged on to the main TVR website just for a browse.

I happened across the Sagaris pictures and saw how nice the steering wheel was in that. Bearing in mind that I'm looking at replacing my current wooden one anyway, I settled on the idea of buying a new Sagaris one if it fits the Griff.

So, I decided to post this thread to see if it would fit.

Only then did I think that I'd have a quick glance at the classifieds. Low and behold, the first TVR classified advert I see is a 3000mile old Sagaris Steering Wheel for £20.

I e-mailed the guy to buy it but inevitably at that price, it had already gone.

Weird or what?!

Even if it does fit, you will have two obsolete buttons on the back. Unless you fit a Sag instrument panel also

Are you sure thats the case? IIRC I thought the buttons were mounted on a seperate bracket fixed behind the steering wheel.

Talk to TVR Power they sell sagaris steering wheels and will know what other fitments are available.

The 2 buttons aren't part of the wheel, they are on a seperate plate.

I can confirm that the buttons are a separate item. I am pretty sure the steering wheel will fit a Griff...but as has been said it is probably worth checking with TVR Power. I have the wheel from my Tamora available (i have upgraded it) so if anyone wants one drop me an email and maybe we can make a deal!

I have just fitted a Tamora wheel as a straight swap onto the boss on an S3 - which I beleive is the same boss as on the Griff.
