At age 47 do you get struck of PHers at 50? Starting to let boy racers get the better of me. Not putting my right foot down hard enough when pulling away at the lights. Not letting the back drift out at roundabouts.Pulling over on the M25 when when i get flashed.Started to use glasses for map reading. Not staying FOR A DRINK AT VW because lunch was ready at 2pm.It gets worse, could not spin the tamora of the track at bentwaters when filming drivel. My 4l chimaera has no pas, makes my arms hurt ,so i drve the 5l with pas, sad. Put on a stone so i dont slide about on the seat. Will i fit in tuscan next year? Will i make next year?

You've got a TVR, you enjoy it - that's all that matters, isn't it?

Good to know TVR's are not just the preserve of the young and stupid (me)

Just let me pass when I steam past you before Binned comes after me.

As a fellow 47 year old ( and a grandfather !! )do not give up hope.........had my grif sideways around a large very wet roundabout last night ( controlled and on purpose ) just checking to make sure I knew how far it would go before it started to lose traction......honest. In fact the longer I own this car the younger I feel.
Hope the Bromley possee don't read this, they might not want a grandfather joining them on the Brighton run next Sunday.

Me - well I'm well into my fifties and I can still manage to get the Chimaera to act like a hoodlum.
Only problem was that my wife was in the car at the time and was not at all impressed!!
What the hell - I'll take her out for a blast today ( the car not the wife).
Merry Christmas to all PH's.

No offence to the owner but I saw a guy well into his fifties driving a lovely blue Tuscan in Bristol a couple of weekends ago, giving it hell to

Geee.. what an old fart??? I'm 48 and I just got my first TVR about eight months ago. I lost a close relative last year, just before Christmas, and I decided that life is just too short to be in the slow lane.

I spent a good part of my youth breaking traction (on purpose) I think it's time to recapture a little of that fun. Now I'm thinking about the next TVR....hmmm Tuscan? Tamora? Cerbera? Damn ! I've got the fever !

Thirsty

I had the same experience as you, brother (42) so I have decided to live my life to the full. Bought my 4.5 Cerb a couple of weeks ago, absolutly love it! so I am 46 going on 18. Whatwherewhen is the Brighton run? would you guy's mind a "Purple Paradise" Cerbie turning up?
