Austec open today? / phone probs?

Anyone spoken to Austec today? - I've been trying to get through for the last 1 1/2 hours without sucess. Each time I try, their phone just rings for 5 minutes or so and then times out without being answered. Or are they really that busy?

When I was there they were very busy and it did ring out a few times.

Cheers 225. Guess I'll keep trying. Have to say though that it doesn't create a great impression if you cant answer a business line - even with an answerphone.

Well, I hope them being busy isnt coz they are fixing anything serious on my car

Normally runs to the answer machine if they dont answer quickly enough? You not even getting that?

Nope - rings for 5-6 mins and cuts off.
