You just dont know the history of any wheel unless new.
Lets face it unless people are upgrading there wheels and are selling there old ones, then the majority of spare wheels floating about are from autowrecks.

If you're after refurbishment I'd recommend B.J.V. Engineering. I got them to powder coat the wheels on my S and I've been really pleased with the result...
