Having done a search a few people have had this done. Anyone want to comment on their experience of it?

The Chim is in having a front end respray after a meeting with a garage shelf And I was wondering weather its worth putting the tape on to keep it looking good.

Personally given how it looks and the fact it's not as indestructable as you might think, I'd put your pennies in the piggy bank ready your next front-end respray.

Besides which, thinking of my car, I've got chips on the roof (not just the front, but halfway back) and on the flanks, and you're not going to armourfend all of that.

My armourfend looks like new and its been on the car years. Have to say I think its fantastic, except when waxing the car when it becomes the biggest pain in the ar$e ever. You need to go around the entire edge with a fingernail to remove wax deposits. Oh and for some reason it acts like a razor blade on a clay bar and slices it clean off

My armoufend looks the dogs too and manages to protect the dreaded front from chips but on xstal topaz it does needs some attention during waxing... if u are not careful i will look as if someone keyed it !

The gold/orange Sagaris press car (PN05OUL) has armourfend and the stone chips have gone through both the amourfend and paintwork on the nose.
