Just to say a BIG BIG THANK YOU to you all for making the Santa Pod day a success.
We all had a great day, it was good to meet some new faces.

We are hoping to arrange another day for next year - perhaps when its not so cold and windy!

Well done again on organising the event, it's always great to see so many TVRs in one place, but seeing them tear down the drag strip was a sight to behold.

Look forward to it all happening again next year and hopefully will be breaking the 11.5sec bracket (a set of semi-slicks and no headwind should see to that)

We didn't run up the strip due to a recent engine rebuild but would be up for the next one.
Good to meet some new and old faces.
Bit warmer next time please and some closer toilets.

What engine mods are you running on your Tamora? (if its not secret of course )
Seemed to be running really well on Saturday up at the Pod.

Hi Nick,
Standard 4.0 engine which made 352BHP on our dyno.
Was running one of our 4.0 modded engines which was making 406BHP but took it out and sold it to a customer. I am now building full 4.2 with steel rods, steel crank, new pistons and our own camshaft profiles and modified oil supply system
to followers. Should be ready fairly soon.

Paul - is this a 'normal' figure for a TVR 'standard' 4.0L Speed Six engine? - what torque did yours make? (check my profile, remember my 3.6 now? )

Can't wait to see what the 4.2 makes.

Hi Paul,

Well it looked to be running really well considering the conditions and those low profile 18's..
I'll hopefully be bringing my Chim down to you guys for a service and exhaust mod pretty soon so hopefully have a closer look at the Tamora then.
