So whats next for TVR?

Following all this TVR stuff ive been hearing about at the factory is it fair to say that its all going a bit shitty and sad?
Does anyone know if this means that Peter Wheeler, the whiley old fox is gonna make a comeback to sort it all out?
Ive heard from the grapevine that there could be a couple of potentials waiting in the wings to jump in and turn things around but does anyone actually know anything about the future??

Paying £15m was mistake number one.

p.s. As you drive a SAXO and are not therefore a TVR owner, I assume you are just an interested party or perhaps an ex-employee?

To be fair... and i may be opening myself up for a flaming here, but the whole idea of Pistonheads is for discussion.
It is fairly obvious, even with the lack of information coming out of blackpool over the last couple of years, that things have not been going well. You only have to look at the number of TVR dealer changes, some of the most respected of these that have left the network. Then couple that with the number of management changes that the company has had... the changes in direction case in point the 'orgasmic living' thing and are we at all surprised by it all???
When such a young man, with no proven business track record (never mind any experience in the low volume automotive industry) takes control of a business that was in serious trouble, what did we expect. It is a great shame that the other interested parties didn't get the company 2 years ago.
I just hope that they are still in the wings and he hasn't damaged the business beyond repair

just becuase someone might not yet own a TVR does that mean they can't have an opinion on the business. Where are new customers supposed to come from?
With respect to the Noble comment, they may not yet be as big as TVR but after reading this weeks Autocar it does seem that he knows how to engineer a car?
I think that we all have something in common here and that's we all want TVR to do well. All we are doing is openly discussing how that might be possible? no-one is slagging the company off, or anyone in particular. Can you argue that NS has done a good job, made good judgements? all good debate me thinks
