Mid Essex Convoy XXXVI

It's that time of the month again... the second Sunday of the month, which means it's time for the Mid-Essex TVRCC meet… so this coming Sunday 14th May means it's convoy time

The vast majority of you will now the drill by now so we'll be meeting at the White Hart as usual from about 11:00, with the aim of leaving at 12:00 to make some noise through the roads of Essex to go and get some pie at Great Totham.


How do I get to the White Hart..?

1) Take the A12 towards Colchester

2) Turn off at J19 (Boreham) – keep in the left-hand lane.

3) Take the 2nd exit (the first takes you to the Royal Mail sorting office!)

4) Follow the road, it turns to a 40mph

5) The White Hart is on your left a few hundred yards further on.

6) If you get to the roundabout, you have gone too far..!

My Tiv went clutchless this week (only seal/cylinder). Got tired of clutchless changes (traffic jams deffo no fun) so into garage for TLC/overdue service/rear screen replacement/and maybe some cherrybombs if funds allow

So race against time - would be good to catch up after being away - but maybe in world's crappiest courtesy car (it has TVR written on the side, but not on the front/rear!)

Yeah sorry about missing the convoy again, just think whilst you are tucking into your sunday lunch, we will be at 40 thousand feet,about 3 hours into our flight, with at least another 6 hours to go, on our holiday of a life time to LasVegas.
Kieran ......Do you still want those wheels refurbished? if so i will do them after my holiday.

Hi Colin, we are on a 2 week fly drive holiday, depending on how far it is to drive? i might give it a go.

Hello, it's your member of the month to the resque again!

I'll be there, but not sure what in yet! Depends on weather if the cinima comes as peeps will have to sit in to appreciate it....so lots of rain, no ear pain!

Cerbera (nope got to be a 'vertible)
Tuscan (Speed 6 worries )
T350 (Roof and S6)
Tamora (tried one, hated the interior)
Tuscan 2 (Less S6 worries but to finanically sensible to spend that sort of cash i.e I am tight )
Sagaris (See above)

- you never know - but in an extra hint T27 TVR is in the process of being transfered on the car from my Chimaera, hence the frustrating wait!!
