If I hear another news reader tell me there's a drought on in the South...!!!!
Just drove back from Devon - worst weather I can remember for 'kin years. Good job I live at the top of a hill, although I fully expect to wake up tomorrow and find the 'kin Cerb washed away and 'kin Noah's 'kin Ark stood outside. Mind you, could come in handy. I'm on the Robb Gravett course tomorrow and don't know whether to take the car or hire a 'kin yacht!

Try living up ere.....soon as I look at garage door it p**ses down. Ah yes and the outlook for this weekend...yes sh*te. Again. At least you have some dry weather down there.

this drought stuff is p**sin me off now, i jus came bak from dubai, they have only 5 days of rain a year, in a desert, they hav sprinklers running everywhere, bright green grass and lovely flowers....and wen flying bak into london, the reservoirs looked full to me

I live south of Oxford. The Thames looks like it's just about start using it's flood plain where I am - fullest it's been in 12 months. And Thames Water leaking 30% of water out of it's pipes (presumably in London). And we have a hosepipe ban. So when I wash my car I use more water rinsing it with a bucket instead. Madness!

i know exactly what u mean, a quick rinse with hose is muchhhh less than goin bak n forth with bout 11 bucket fulls

I suspect now that they have announced serious drought we can expect the wettest summer in 50 yrs

Yep I decided to go to the parents today to replace the driving lights on the Griff. Roof off, because alledgedly there is a drought, and queue one soaked interior!! And the car's dirty now!
