Faded carpeting

The royal blue carpeting on my Tuscan is now more a sort of aqua marine greeny blue in places.... especially around the parcel shelf and centre console.

What can you do about this...? I tin of dye and a cloth?!?

im exactly the same boat as you mate - faded blue carpets!!!! I was also told about dye, but cant see how it would work to be honest. I spoke with AJ trimming several weeks ago and was quoted roughly £1000 to recarpet to whole interior using the same stuff as used in aston martin.......

Never really heard of anyone having the carpets done on a tuscan but would be very interested if anyone has

I used Renovo roof refurb in dark blue on my old Chimaera's carpets. Worked a treat, just don't get it on any bits you don't want to be dark blue

On a similar note - is there some kind of protection you can put in carpets to stop them fading so much. All TVR carepts seem to fade after a few years in the sun (unless the car is a garage queen).

after advice on here I used a spray can of shoe dye. No fade after a year.

Rather than spray shoe dye, try one of those (blue) Kwik instant shoe polish thingys (look like a big lipstick) and paper towel dry, otherwise She will complain when she gets blue dye on her clothes.......
