Must admit I couldn't resist asking on the TVR stand in the circuit village, why there but no entry? Much shuffling and embarrassed coughing. Come on guys, don't let a poxy (but impressive) diesel upstage you

Let us not forget LNT's first and second at Spa last year. It was the lack of factory support that drove LNT (reluctantly) to Panoz.

We had the stickers on before we left Blighty - and were called en route to see if the car was available.
(It is a T440R, the misleading badge will be replaced shortly!).

The car looked awesome. Apologies, but it was my actions that resulted in the car being locked early on Saturday. Clearly, few people who looked around the car knew how to open the doors, so I duly opened them to look (not to sit) inside. A couple of guys close by asked me how I opened the doors, and after I showed them how, the 'minder' sitting nearby said the car should have been locked, so he then promptly locked it!

It was great to see that TVR were represented visibly in the village, even if there were no entries to the race itself.

How many were produced : 2 ?

That's why it's pointless to race it - it has to be a road car and with a lot more than 2 cars made otherwise you have to run with engine restrictors - which means you run around very slowly.
