Just got some sponsor's tickets so I am heading South on Friday

Who else is going Friday?

Jens, it WILL be a fantastic weekend - I picked up my Griff on a FOS Saturday - I was so excited, I couldn`t appreciate the cars at the show!

I may be wrong, but I think you may have your wires crossed, your initial posting sounded like it was a meet up for a convoy to FOS rather than cadging a lift.

I thought it was for a convoy as well....

I'm afraid i wont be able to help out with a lift as I'm taking a mate with me (that is assuming he gets out of bed in time )

I'll be there on Friday, to miss the worst of the crowds. In fact I hope to miss more of the crowds by not venturing onto the M25 during the morning rush.
