Yeah TVR's are slow, not suprised your allegro slaughtered a Tuscan.
Had a Cerbera a couple of years ago but kept getting done at the lights by old codgers with zimmer frames.
Can't beleive I've ordered another TVR, it's going to happen all over again...oh, the humiliation...

Aled, that is truly amazing mate. So much so, that I am selling the Chimaera, forgetting about the Tuscan S and will plump for an Allagro myself. But only one in Marina orange and with the Van Den Plas grill. A rare beast I know. I wonder if Rob Ingleby could help me source one...
...PS I lived at the back of Longbridge as a kid and blame the paint fumes from when they were making the Allagro in the late-70s for stunting my growth. But what a car. How could those Austin workers have gone on strike so often when they had the mouth-watering prospect of an 8 hour day on the track making that classic piece of British engineering? Or am I getting confused with the Ital?
