TVR in fatal accident near Kemble

I've just heard that there was a fatal accident this afternoon/evening near Kemble (Gloucestershire) involving a TVR (model etc,. unknown). Local BBC news site says it was a 'serious accident' - road closed etc, but my Brother-in-law is at a steam event at Kemble and appears to have heard more details.

I "think" that junction is on a slight bend. Hypothetically if any vehicle was travelling at speed from the airfield as another vehicle was leaving the junction it could get nasty.
Please note I am not suggesting that the accident was speed related just explaining a little bit about the junction between Station Road and the A429.
My thoughts are with all concerned.
I`m sure we have all felt the sorrow of loosing someone dear and special to us, many times well before their time...... In these times of tragedy we should all look at our lives and take stock. All the things we keep thinking " Should I do it ??" the answer i will always give is YES...... Life is so short and so special that you should never waste a second of it..... Live everyday as if it were your last,tomorrow can wait until it is today...... Look after those who look after you and tell the ones closest to you how much you love them everyday.Without fail.!! Its not the things that we do and try in life that we regret, it is the things we thought about and didnt try or do.........Be carefull out there my friends....... Once again my sincerest condolences to all involved.

UPDATE...plus request for info
I live locally and can advise that nobody died however the passenger involved is in a critical state. It was a green Griff and apparently it "...lost control whilst overtaking a lorry..."
WE BELIEVE THAT THESE PEOPLE ARE KNOWN TO US ie THE PH/TVR COMMUNITY, AND WERE ON THEIR WAY TO THE GRIFF GROWL
Did anyone get the Car Reg No as we urgently trying to get hold of a couple who didnt turn up for the Growl??
