What does this mean

As the title says, on some cars for sale, it has a brife outline of the car and then is followed by these letters, (@apos;@apos) after about 3 years i still cant work it out. Can anyone enlighting me, Thanks.

I presume that's the HTML for an apostrophe, which has been disallowed by Ted's HTML parser. Nothing to worry about, just probably a quirk of PH....
