Took the Griff out for a roof-off burn on Saturday, dry roads, I turns right at a junction, apply a touch of gas, and round she goes!! In two years of Griffing, my first spin! Thank fcuk it was onto a slip road, so nothing coming the other way...

Probably a useful warning that these cars do bite!

Got back, checked tyre pressures, and the rears were about 5psi down - I guess this was a contributing factor?

Note to all Griff owners - don't neglect those tyre pressure checks!!

Cheers

Also its possible u lost it on some diesel as bloody junctions seem to places where overfilled Trucks seem to cough a load out as turning.

On my way back form the Mid kent meet last wednesday I accelerated hard in third into the short tunnel on the A2, it slid very sideways at around 70 mph lucky for me steering into it and backing off slightly caught it, that really spoiled my fun in the tunnel!

The road was cold but dry.
