Yes, i've seen this one, before xmas i was out with my girlfriend in hamley, we got chucked out of the club at 2:00am and this tuscan was wheel spining up and down the road, i think the police came up in the end, not sure if he is a PHer, but i didn't have my tamora with me at the time so i'm not sure! I don't know why he was wheel spining it, he was getting loads of attention when everybody came out of the clubs, just cause of the noise.
