Just had a quote from Tesco for my Cerb. Is this the cheapest anyone has been quoted for a main car policy?

Insured and spouse, full NCB - £413 fully comp £300 excess '99 4.5 Cerbera

bounce

Am I a happy bunny or what!

I'm sure there are cheaper agreed value/limited policies out there but this has to be a record surely?

Hope you don't have to claim as the aftersales service is shocking.
18 months to sort our simplish claim out. The old addage = Get what you pay for is certainly true here.

Well done - I called Tesco when my renewal was up in June and they said 'TVR Chimarea - who makes those ? ' TVR says me ' We dont cover TVR's - goodbye'

Isn't it via Direct Line?

Strangely, I've always insured my TVRs with them - because they were cheapest.

hi im 25 and i all have got a freelander and a s 2.8 insured with direct line. and when i phone them up to do my griff. the very, very nice laid said £900 for the first quote. then she said hold on let me see what i can do. after 10 min oh hold she said she can get it cheaper. by but the griff as my main car and not my freelander. so the griff would have the 5 no claims on it. and then just have to renew my freelander for a new police what worked out at 400. so it worked out cheap for me. very nice lady for doing it.
