Picked up new car yesterday bought thruogh the classifieds on here, also sold Chim through here aswell, thanks very much Ted. It is brilliant although still running in at the mo and now I have no roof it gives me even more of an excuse not to go out in the rain, so we better have dry weather for all of the events this year. If anyone has any Tuscan Challenge memorabilia they would like to get rid of please contact me, particularly Challenge plates, racing squares, stickers, etc.
cheers Al.

You lucky, lucky, B'Stard.
I know a racer I'll ask him if he has anything kicking around.

Yes that was me stuck in all the traffic cos of the accident, car wasn't very happy but fans kept it under control-just about. Cos of running in took a while to get back from Chesterfield to Brighton, but well worth it, 3000rpm-60mph in 5th !! Didn't see any Tivs on M25, sorry if I missed you, did see a Chim on M1 red-I think, who slowed down waved and then blasted off, I so wanted to follow him, but I was a good boy. Any bits and pieces would be most welcome and beer tokens forthcoming.
I haven't sussed how to get big pics on here, but here's a ickle one or see my profile for msn site.

Cheers Al.

Al, what's the details then? You say you are running it in, what engine has it got, Rover or AJP? Was it an ex-Henley racer?

It is the car Henley Heritage had for sale last year, but I bought it privately. Its not one of their racecars, beleived to be ex Team Central, possibly Bobby Verdon-Roe. Has been fitted with a late 4.6 Rover V8 with GEMS engine management, which has been tweaked. Converted by Streber Motorsport who have confirmed approx 300bhp (genuine not like TVR figures) and weighing 200kgs less than a Chim/Griff its quite lively even tho running in (only done 463 miles so far). Can't wait for the next PH/TVRCC event now.
Cheers Al.
ps can I buy a biggish PH sticker from the shop for the rollbar?
edited cos I've just seen them for sale in the shop, doh. better buy one now I suppose.

Wheels are Speedline (Corse?) 18" 8j on front with 225/40's and 235/40's on back but tyres look more stretched so might be 8.5 or 9's.
