Just got my Tuscan 2 back following a week at the factory and a week at TVR Power and what a good job they have done thumbup. The factory carried out some remedial work to the roof panel involving reshaping and paintwork, they replaced some crusty leather around the fag lighter, touched up some nasty chips, and stopped the rear screen from squeeking.

I picked the car up from there, last Wednesday, just an hour before they found out the bad news about the factory closing. I'm glad I wasn't around when they found out.

From Blackpool, I then took the car straight to TVR Power. Not a squeek, rattle, or anything.

Power carried out a 12,000 mile service, installed an adjustable fuel regulator and some other bits and bats. I picked the car up this morning and I can honestly say that it has never ran as good. Its soooo smooth and the power delivery is astonishing. Not an EFI warning code in sight throughout the 120 mile journey back home. It was every 10 minutes before.

So thanks and best wishes for the future to all the factory guys and girls and the engine gurus at Power. Job well done!!!!!!!

Why?

It's always nice to get your car back when it's running sweet!

Also, I think thanks to the workers at TVR Engineering in general for hanging in there through some tough times in the past couple of years, and through much uncertainty and doubt. We wish you all well.

A few weeks ago, Dom put the car on the rollers. It showed that the fuelling was too lean throughout the rev range. The fuel pressure has now been increased by about 2 psi and now all is well.
