What is the most popular TVR?
Discussion
Hi guys
Could somone tell me which is the most popular TVR around today?
I've a passion for cars and currently own an Ariel Atom.
I want to produce some embroidered shirts and stuff similar to the Atom ones I've already done - here's a few pics although I have improved on these it gives you some idea.
I've got some great Kooga long sleeve rugby shirts, excellent for trackdays.
Cheers
John

Be prepared.......for a...er......heated debate.......I will get in first:
TuscanS Mk 1
Depends on what you mean by "most popular". I believe the Chimaera was the most popular model as it was the one they made the most of, which is why there are more of those around (see classifieds). The heated depate comes along if you mean it the other way.
I would be prepared for a very long post, especially when the Chim and Griff boys and girls start arguing. (See how long it takes for the golf trolley comments).

Make it easy for yourself datasafe, make a Chimaera one (the favourite amongst customers as has been said above), make a Griffith one (more people consider this to be the epitome of a TVR), make a Wedge one (to keep the medallion men happy), make a cerbera one (because it is the absolute pinnacle of what TVR have done) and make a Tuscan one (coz it probably has the most 'out of this world' looks).
There you go, problem solved and nipped in the bud.

There you go, problem solved and nipped in the bud.Its true the Chimaera is the most common................

So who has the best picture of a Chim?
Yeah, I understand the situation re: advertising. I did write to the Ad dept at Pistonheads so I could advertise without upsetting anyone. I did receive a reply saying they'd try and work something out, but nothing more than that.
I don't do much of this and I guess it just covers the costs. I don't want to be drawn into an argument about advertising as in a way, it clearly is.

Not content with just the one heated debate then?
I think you'll be looking for an original Chim (exterior looks wise) i.e no aftermarket alloys? There'll be lots of people here tonight aching to invite you to their profiles and uploaded pics...
Just remember Halcyon Atlantis ones are the best looking and fastest. Oh sorry you haven't started THAT heated debate yet....
