Hi everyone.

I wanted you to know that EVERYONE who pre-ordered their shirts before the Friday 14:00 deadline will be receiving them TOMORROW.

My day today
09:00 - Get out of bed
09:30 - Shirts and fleeces arrived via TNT
09:31 - Rip boxes open and sort out all the sizes into piles, print out the order list.
10:00 - Sod off down the cafe for breakfast
10:30 - Back to the job in hand. Going though the orders and filling the bags (which I labelled up over a couple of hours yesterday evening)
14:20 - FINISHED! Coffee break
14:45 - Arrived at the post office, noted look of horror from clerk
Now (17:12) - Just got home and finished a coffee. I'm buggered and looking forward to a beer tonight. Noted a load more emails regarding the weekend. Sod it, sorry but they'll have to wait till tomorrow. I know who you all are though and I'm not ignoring you but I've done enough today! smokin

NOTE: Thankyou LittleMissPetrol *kiss*. Her evening last night (labelling bags) and day today has been exactly as noted above. I don't think I'd have got it done without her

EDIT: I have speculatively ordered another 50 shirts and 35 fleeces for those of you who missed the deadline. These are a variety of sizes and will arrive with me on Saturday for you to get off of me at the Ace Cafe. Strictly first come-first served but if you really are desparate for one then email me your size and I'll tell you if I have anything left in your size for collection on the day. If I do then you'll know where to find me on Sunday

EDIT Subnote: I will take orders AFTER the event if anyone does happen to think they are cool and wishes they had bought one. You can at least then put it in your collection to wear at other meets to show that you contributed and made your voice heard.

Yeah I think so mate.

Hmmm.... should just about fit 85 shirts in a Cerbera.

Got fun day tomorrow too. Got to go to the docklands to pick up btom's Tuscan as he is away but wanted it to attend the event. Then got to get home and find time to go grab my cerbie back from Leven Tech (and pay them a few hundred quid). Geezus, good job I'm enjoying all this eh?

Hi Ben, I bought a polo and a fleece via ebay but it was about 16.00 on Friday and so would have missed the deadline. Happy for you to post even though I know they'll arrive late, whatever suits you, Dave

Are you coming to the Thunder mate? If you are then it'll be in my boot with your name on it. If not then I'll drop it in the post when they arrive with me on Saturday.

Indeed, thanks to "btom", LittleMissPetrol will not be standing on the sidelines (or having to ride around in my cerb) but will now joining the convoy officially in a lovely Tuscan S.

Why did I first read this as "The Cerbera boot swallows the wife..."? Wondered if you'd taken up mafia style, pop the missus in the boot punishment routines

Hi V8Cerbera,

I bought and paid for my fleece on Wed 14th November but I haven't received it yet. Please can you try and make sure it reaches me tomorrow in time for the trip?
