Just like the Lord Mayor's Show and the Notting Hill Carnival should the TVR London Thunder be an annual event?

Hee hee! That really will bring in the higher congestion charge to polluting vehicles!

Funniest thing I saw was a Think electric car tootling along whitehall in the midst of a few hundred TVRs.

Red Ken would have been really red at the sight !!

How about a midsummer madness parade on a Sunday-take in the sights and then back to the Ace for a pint?

Great idea! But if we have 478 turn up it might take a while to get served at the Ace laugh

yikes You mean there is going to be a factory closure every year. Maybe next year we should try and block the traffic in Birmingham or Manchester.

Half the problem yesterday was bloody christmas shoppers. There's next to no business in the city on a Sunday, so what was the rest of the traffic doing there? SHOPPERS.

Maybe next time we could try for August or something, still a Sunday though. Later in the afternoon, after the buggers have gone home? Have a scoot about, make some noise and have a beer somewhere.

The reason why tunnel runs and stuff happen at night is because there is traffic all the time in London.

Far too many people all crammed into one area. Nuts.

Scotland has some awsome roads! A private beautiful race track!

Gets my vote anytime.

Experience was great

London Thunder, yes again !!- but somewhere other than london please.

The traffic was hell - sitting in traffic with the engine cooking at 100 coming from Yorkshire I am not really used to ;

1. The drivers in others cars who want to stroke your paintwork with theirs
2. The distinct lack of road awareness

Not really keen on driving in central Londinium again - Unless I have 479 other TVR owners with me

Great day out - driving for 14 hrs

Fantastic to see so many TVRs shame about all the other people in other cars blocking the roads for us !!!

Great day out and all that... funnily though I always think London drivers have the best road awareness of any in the country.

aye but we werent in the City, we were in the west end ... the city is about a mile further east of there

Lots of people do drive into Central London on a Sunday, because you can park on single yellows all over the place, do your shopping, have a meal and not have to travel on the tube, which frankly, is worse than the traffic!!

If you take out the 500 odd TVRs in the traffic, that was a fairly normal Sunday afternoons motoring in London, anyway london driving isn't so hard ... we saw at least 2 cars doing McDonalds wuns whilst in the traffic ... tell me somehwere else that you can to a McSh1t with Lies without even loosing your place in the traffic hehe
