Well... My new baby was delivered on Thursday, courtesy of Mr James Agger

WHAT A CAR!! I'd had her photo on my wall previous to her being delivered... but it didn't quite prepare me as the photo didn't do her justice

I took Friday off so I could learn how she drove.... plus take her down south and show her off to my old work friends and my parents

The only thing I can say without swearing is....
AWSOME

The one disadvantage of owning this car... silly little boys in Nova's thinking they can burn me up! Get a freaking life!!

And I'd say that 99.9% of drivers think it's my partners car... HOW WRONG ARE THEY

well done dawn. and with summer coming the experience will only get better..........

oh, and being a TVR owner means you have to ALWAYS go topless unless its raining (and even then some of the hardcore dont put their roof up!)

I'm in Nottingham too. Took mine out for 100 miles ish today round and about. But I too didn't see any other TVRs. Very bizarre!
Fantastic day for it though.

Figured I'd have a better chance of passing the MOT next week if I found out why the brake lights weren't behaving, so spent most of the afternoon upside down with my head under the dashboard..

Saw a couple of Ferarris yesterday, a very nice looking E Type and briefly saw MrsD as she shot past on a bike.. Didn't see any other TVRs in the Peaks though..

Glad you like it Dawn, just go easy with it for the 1st few weeks, and especially the 1st time you go out in the wet it's got a fraction more power than the Corsa
And where have all these Nottingham chaps been hidding, I expect to see you all out on the 4th April

Well there's usually a few girlies out so you shouldn't feel left out, racegirl and Jame's wife Rebecca should be making an appearance
