Written confirmation that my straight six has been upgraded.

I bought my Tuscan in April this year and although having it confirmed via the telephone i still havent received anything from TVR Power to say YES we did have your car in and YES the engine was upgraded in May 2005 by the previous owner. Now i understand everyone is busy but ive been waiting 8 months!!
Anyone know of another contact apart from DOM@TVR Power?

digger i dont think your post will help your cause much mate,i had a bit of a nightmare a while ago now,it a long story but basicaly the problem was nothing to do with Dom,even though i blamed him and fu@£d him up and down,after i got to the bottom of it he was still prepared to help me out and said anything he could do to help he would.a fair bloke in my eyes,especially after i was so rude to him. i am sure if you ring him and speek to him he will sort you out

I can only agree with the others, Dom is a top bloke, the disorganisation of TVR and the records they kept is just part and parcel of TVR management 'anyhting thats lying around will do'. I was told by DOm according to my file that my cars engine had been upgraded there, but when I had an engine rebuild, it was found to be completely worng! When I spoke to Dom he explained that according to the records it was supposed to be done, but it wasnt uncommon for engines to get mixed up and put in the wrong cars!

To his credit Dom then did the engine work I needed free of charge, so he did put it right, when it was TVR that cocked up not him.

Yep your all right, received 2 emails from Dom yesterday with contact details of people that can help. Wasnt having a pop at him, i havent contacted them before and wasnt sure if he was still there etc. Thanks for the emails Dom.
