Unmarked police volvo estate around St. Albans

Spotted last night (10ish) dark grey unmarked Volvo estate lights in grill at front flashing high tail lights in back window. Pulled over a biker between The Noke roundabout and the roundabout at Park st. I didn't get the number plate of the Volvo as i was how do you say "hacking" along and they didn't even look up. How did that biker feel !! He must of really been shifting.
