Well, I guess if you folks haven't been treated with enough sh!t, winding things up on the last Friday before Xmas has to be the ultimate pi$$er. I really hope it's the opportunity for any businesspeople (and not adolescents and morons) waiting in the wings to pick things up from the receiver and do things right, and treat folks right.

Not that it does you folks that have been sh@fted with all this much good. Best wishes though; I really hope things look up in the new year.

As an aside, lots of folks have asked the colour of the car and asked what it's originally off. I've always been rather proud to say 'it isn't off any other car, it's one of Gerbil's colours', and I'm sure other folks have said the same with theirs too. Small consolation I know, but you have at least achieved legend status in your own lifetime...and not too many folks can claim that. Best of luck with whatever the future brings.

Crap thing to find out, in a crap way, at the crappiest time. Shameful treatment.

Suppose the only way to look at it is that at least you know the very worst now, the uncertainty is gone and they can't hurt you anymore... (is there a pension fund and is that intact?)

I for one will never buy a sports car associated in any way, shape or form with the shower who have overseen this debacle, regardless of whether it's branded TVR or whatever. Anyone care to join me in that pledge?

Bought 2 in the past 3 years and have already pledged not to buy another while these people have anything to do with it.

I think I'd prefer this TO BE THE END OF TVR...rather than see some mickey mouse setup elsewhere...At least the brand would go out with some dignity even if the management don't. My wish will probably come true since this current lot couldn't organise a piss up in a piss pot.

Jesus Christ - do these people have any morals at all? There is one thing for sure, if ever this maggot does get production of cars running elsewhere (which I admit is far from likely) I will spit on any I see on the street - and their owners. Anyone who offers any support for any future business venture of lowlife scum is tainted with them an deserves no respect.

I am not entirely surprised at the latest turn of events, but I am entirely disgusted. I've stepped on more worthy forms of life.

Sorry for the venom. Hope you guys manage to salvage some cheer from Christmas.

The only thing I can say is that you and the other men and women that built TVR still have your honour, dignity & morals. These things can not be taken away by those that have none of the same virtues.
You guys may be short of money this Christmas but you only have to read the various forums to know that you are all highly regarded & respected by so many people. NS & DO may have the money but they also know how they are thought of by so many.
Hopefully next Christmas you will all be working again & presents will be under the tree. NS & DO MAY still have money but they will never have the respect that you all do.

I work every Christmas Day. I will drive to work in A TVR.
You know I will arrive with a smile on my face, put there by human beings that care.

I seem to recall that caring for others is one of the true meanings of Christmas. Workers and owners have been exchanging those gifts to each other since November 3rd.

I wish you all the very best for Christmas and the New Year.

Brian
