Blue neon underlights

There is a TVR in Rugby which has blue neon lights underneath. I havn't seen it myself, but my wife and sister have. A Tuscan from what I can make out.

They thought it was cool.

Is it me?

Where did you get them from? are they easy to fit to a 400, would prefer red coloured.

Could be the exhausts glowing white hot? Or maybe a colony of fireflies nesting in the outriggers? Please God, let it be anything other than blue neon underlights.
