Can anyone tell me what they think?

TVR Griffith 500 HC PAS Model (1994)
60,244 miles £12,990

It looks fantastic, has metallic paint. I am a complete novice at TVR prices. Do you think that's a good price or not?

It's about a grand more than I was willing to pay, but this is my dream car.

I would say it is certainly a bit higher than the current average price, but it is still acceptable if the car is really good if it is the configuration you want.
Still, for that price, and aith some time, you can can find almost easily good 96-97 cars.

Go and see it if your deadly serious about it, that's the only way you're going to see if it's 'worth the money'

And don't forget that at the moment it is a very strong BUYERS market at the moment, even TVR's!

Personally I would go for a private car from a known PHeader.

Get it checked over by a TVR specialist - if it costs you a few quid it will be worth it not to end up with a rotten car!

Go and see it! But take someone with you who knows about TVRs.

And don't do what the rest of us did - that's buy the first one we saw...

Andy28,

Could let you know of a similar spec car with less (30k) miles for that sort of money. PM me if you're interested.
