Public Apology to Thames Valley Racetech

A little while back I posted some comments on this forum regarding the quality of work I received from Thames Valley Ractech and their relationship with TVR Engineering Ltd. I also insinuated that their staff were unqualified for some aspects of work.

I now accept that these comments are unfounded and have thus removed the said comments from the thread on which they appeared. I also apologise unreservedly to Thames Valley Racetech for the posting of these comments.

There's a serious point behind your comment. It's all to easy to assume you're the victim of incompetence when having cars serviced etc and making a forum like this your first stop in the complaint process is probably a big mistake.

Having never used TV Racetec, I cannot comment on their quality of work, however Having spent a fair few pounds with the Likes of Peninsula over the years, I have alwasy found that If there is something I am not happy with, usually having the directness to speak to them always gets a resolution.
I agree that these forums are dangerous to let your feelings run away and post without thinging, we have all done it, when you have just been a victim of someone else havign a bad day, or something not going right.
Takes a lot of Balls to make a public appology ... Thumbs up donatien ... hope everything is now sorted.
