Tips on Selling my private plate

Want to sell my private plate K300EDY.

When on the car looks good for KENNEDY. Had a quote from carreg.co.uk at £499

What do you reakon good price??

Anyone know any other firms who'll give me a better price?

sorry, this isnt helpful i know, but how do the 0's become N's?

failing that, try new york or marthas harbour. maybe even raise the plate up on some form of tall grass mound to aid advertising.

A couple of strategically placed drilled holes bottom of each O.

Try selling it to somebody called kennedy

When I had a personalised plate to sell I had it valued by a couple of registration dealers, then I advertised it on eBay with a 99p start price and a reserve price equal to the higher of the dealer offers. It sold for the reserve price, but had it not reached the reserve I would have had a very good idea of the market value.

Look up Kennedy on-line, find some addresses and send them a letter each offering them the plate. BUT I dont think you will beat 499.

Pop it on Ebay in the cherished number section you are bound to get more than Car Reg have offered you.
