Oily marks on paintwork,recommended cleaner please

My Tvr has recently returned after being waxoyled,unfortunately my mechanic who does it only changes his overalls twice a year and im always left with marks on the front wings,after leaning across. Ive built up a good level of wax over the last year,but need something to remove this philm,any suggestions?
