The forums have now all been updated but unfortunately we have an issue with the servers. The technicians are working on this and we hope to have them back online as soon as we can. For clarification - All the main club web pages are working - however if you attempt to access the discussion forums you will get a password request box (which will not accept any known passwords!). This is actually nothing to do with the forums and is a server fault beyond our control. Apologies for the continued inconvenience.

There's a message on the site now saying that the forums are now operational for some users....unfortunately, not for me!

I'm a fan of the site but I'm getting a bit peed off with the performance. Quite often it takes ages for pages to open etc. and it's really inexcusable when quite often you are the only person viewing.

The reason for the major upgrade was so we could address these perfomance issues. However as is often the case with these things, other forces have conspired to 'mess' up our plans. I have posted regular notices on the homepage of the website every few hours up to 11.30pm last night and from 8am this morning to keep everyone aware of what is going on.

The TVRCC forums are now operational as of late morning Tuesday 20th Feb - although a small number of users are still getting a password request box, which as stated on the TVRCC website is unfortunately nothing to do with us, and which is being looked into by the technicians.

Didn't this annoying dialog box appear a year or so back.
I thought Paul had sorted it out then.

Yes, same problem we think, it took the technicians a while to fix it at server level last time as well
