COC for a Tuscan 2001

Guys,

I have imported a Tuscan 2001 to Germany and am looking for a COC (certification of conformity). Normally provided from the manufacturer, but seems difficult with TVR, even more today with the administartion and the change of ownership etc. Does anybody know how to get an official "data sheet" of o Tuscan Red Rose, so i can register my car in Germany. Any help is very much appreciated.
