I def is me..... thats Cadacaus behind me in the light bluey/silver Cerb and I was wearing a short sleeved white shirt at the time..... its a pre cat, and from shapes on the number plate seem to represent my car .....

I got to Whitehall about 2.40 so got there quite late really. You can see the time on Big Ben.

I had a camera crew on scene in Whitehall from about quarter to two, hence the early shots
