Not really!
Yes you can have a reasonable effect on their manners, but even using latest high end ecu's to control everything you will never tame it completely. It all depends on how much you can put up with in the bad manners dept.

If you want a nice cam with good bottom end performance for easy driving,then the stealth is the one to look at.If you want a cam which gains over the stealth mostly in the mid range and a little more at the top end,but sacrifices some of the bottom end to achieve it,then the H404 is a good choice.This is how Rob Robertson(creator of both)described it to me.I'd never run a H404 with a dizzy set up,but with mapped ignition it's a different beast for sure.As always,the best way to find out is to drive a well set up version of the cams your considering,to help you choose.We need different cams depending on our intended end use.
