I'm picking up my new Tuscan next Saturday , and am planning to go to see the Champ Cars and BTCC races at Brands on the Sunday and Monday.

Is anyone else taking their TVR down? If so, do you fancy meeting up on the way?

We'll be going on the Monday...

We don't have any special parking though so I expect the Chimaera will get parked in the back field again...

I'll be there on monday morning in the cerbera. I've got a coroprate freebie from Porshe UK so I'll be bracing myself for the onslaught of 'TVR are crap' comments

Chris and Alan,

I don't have access to my PH registered email address till Tuesday, but I've sent you both mails.

I'm planning to leave Woodford Green around 7:30 - 8ish, but am pretty flexible. Let me know if you want to meet up on the way or at the circuit.

We'll be there, but I don't have a TVR these days. I just hope the weather is as good as it was today.

Well, the traffic today was appalling at the M25 junction - 1.1 miles in an hour and a half. I don't think I would have liked to have done that in the Griff, with all that heat soak into the cabin! They are quite different cars of course. The 993 can be pretty wild when you want it to be, but it can also do civilised motorway cruiser, and daily driver. I don't think I would have liked to do all my motoring in the Griff. It was a great weekend car though and it's odd not waving at other TVRs anymore.
