3 Days in Europe, Where to go?

I'm planning a 3 day drive into Europe in April. I'd like to include a few laps around the nurburgring. Any recommendation as to where I should also go to do some legal high speed driving.

The Autobahn A7 on an early and sunny Sunday morning: no shed-pullers, no numpties, no HGV. Enter the A7 at Kassel after your Saturday-visit to the Nordschleife (check opening times). Head towards the south down to the A7's end in Füssen.

Visit the Neuschwanstein-castle and stay overnight somewhere at the foot of the Alps on your backroad journey to the west to Singen/Hohentwiel. Drive back to the north on the A81 passing Stuttgart, visting the Porsche and Mercedes museums. Proceed back to the Nürburgring and celebrate your day with Steak am Stein in the Pistenklause.
