A Manning breakdown cover??

Just wondered if any ph'ers had been unfortunate enough to have needed this service. I have it inc on my ins but where will it get my car?? Esp if in France, would it end up at some french garage or would it get back to blighty. Think it says 'to nearest authorised repairer' but doesnt say authorised by who!

Have you asked Manning's those questions? I have always found that they are very happy to reassure you about any concerns you might have re your policy.

only used it in the UK when the ign amp failed - no problems, got returned to home - like you I wonder what the situation would be in France but suspect it would be OK - I have as much confidence in this lot as I would the AA or RAC...
