Who has the moulds? And who has the older IP?

Sorry if this has already been much-discussed, but who has the moulds now to the older cars (Griffith & Cerbera being my particular interest)? Or will replacement shells / repair panels require the taking of new moulds?
Also, who owns the IP to the older models now? Was that bought back by NS, or does it rest with Power, or is it somehow tied up elsewhere?

During the melting down Dom at TVR power did some sort of deal with NS and bought the moulds and parts stock for everything from the Chim/Griff through to the Tuscan mk1.
Yet a recent statement from the liquidators announcing the sale of parts stock, kinda puts that deal in some doubt now.
