I think the concensus was that TVR Engineering as named was restructured in July 2006. Out of this came Blackpool Automotive (BA), and TVR Cars, and others (?). BA went in to administration in December, and the staff made redundant. BA was sold out of adminstration, as a going concern (???), to a certain Russian (NS). A week later 2 Americans were introduced to the gentlemen of the press as the new management of TVR. Today the T&GWU say the DTI are going to investigate the above events.

Why do you need to know?
I think he possibly could afford more lawyers than you could. T.V.R.ENGINEERING LIMITED was name changed to TVR ENGINEERING AND PRODUCTION LIMITED and then finally BLACKPOOL AUTOMOTIVE LIMITED - these are all the same company with Company No. 00730711. The other companies set up to attempt to divert assets into (the name etc) were separate companies. Ergo TVR ENGINEERING LIMITED was the same company that was put into liquidation and then bought back to life, I guess it is effectively a trading company again but the debts and liabilities borne by the company pre-liquidation have effectively been wiped.

Granted alot of people hate NS but is it really worth going to those lengths even if you got the name TVR could have it pulled as the trading name is similar to there name that they use for there everyday business. Companies house don't allow you to piggy back of other businesses names if you want to get back at him buy a different brand car hit him in the pocket.
