Popped in to Austec this morning and speaking to Paul he informs me that in the next couple of weeks he is having his rolling road completely upgraded/replaced and will be doing a Saturday Power Run day as soon as the new RR is in place. All runs on the day will be free to TVR owners

This isnt the annual Austec Open Day (so no bacon rolls or BBQ...boo hiss!), its just so Paul can show off his new equipment (oooh err missus!) and AFAIK its a turn up and run type of day.

Paul said he will post up a Press Release soon confirming details and dates.

Looking forward to having another punch with my 'northern' mates hehe

ETA: Date confirmed as Saturday 19th May

The day is open to all but you need to book your slot with Austec directly on 01293 531080

I'd like to have mine on the rollers but it would not put
out much at the moment as the engine is out at present..

That reminds me. They owe me a free RR session from when I had my Chimaera serviced and there were no slots. Except I am not bothered about RRs.

Don't let us forget that without us Austec wouod be considerably poorer.

PS I take you aren't taking them up on their generous offer then

The figures will still be contested/pulled apart and found to be not as accurate as certain other RRS <<< hint!
