Had a FANTASTIC day out in the Chim today 165 miles of Kent countryside (and a little bit of sussex to get me home)
Spotted 3 other TVR's (1 Chim, 2 Tuscans)
Kept away from main roads, well dual carriageways anyway, mostly
'B' roads and some single carriageway 'A' roads. Some roads were pre-planned but most were just drive down and see where it takes us.
Had a nice picnic by the river at Yalding and a nice walk along the river aswell.
Roof off all the way but had to wear my P.H baseball cap as i felt the sun burning my head.
I saw so many other types of cars aswell............several Caterham's, 3 e-types, a few AM's, 4 Ferraris, 2 Massers, and hundereds of Porkers.

Glyn,
Glad that you had a good run out, days like this are made for our cars, had a nice run out with some of the WWM lot today myself

What a day? WHAT a weekend!
Nice to feel the car a bit more sure footed, saw quite a few tivs around too...
BTW, if you're the guy in the Golf 'Turbo' that wanted a race up the A3, actually get the work done before you get the badge fitted... You've not just let your friend in the passenger seat down, you've let yourself down!

Small world - we went through Yalding late this afternoon, me & her in the Griff with Ian & Pat in Pats Lotus.
The people of Yalding had a bit of a treat today then mate
I certainly got some looks whilst driving around/through there and whilst parked up in the carpark.

Were you the passenger then?

Don't drive a golf turbo, don't know anyone that owns one.
was nowhere near the A3 today.
And if you read my first post properly you'll notice that i put that i was out in KENT in the CHIM as in CHIMAERA.
