I was checking all my manifold bolts today and have found that one of them spins! I take it this is a head off and helicoil job?

Well it really should be, but you might be able to tap a slightly bigger thread in there, and use one non-standard bolt.

Space is more than a bit tight, but depending which bolt it is, you'd probably get a tap in there. If it needs drilling out though....

Nah, manifold is fine, bolt will come out eaisly, just won't tighten up fully. Just another project for the summer. I guess it will all go hand in hand if I decide to change the cam and deck the heads.

If you have space to get a tap in there then fit a thread insert. No point using an oversize bolt, you have to tap it either way, you might as well screw the insert in while you're there.
